Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing & Delivery Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 4–6 business days from the time of order.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your drip every step of the way.
Delays: Shipping times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays, but we’ll always do our best to get your gear to you on time.

We want you to love your order — but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns work:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the order date.
Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened packages, worn items, or any products not in original condition cannot be returned.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@dripdistrikt.com with your order number and reason for return.

Within 48 Hours: Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase will be refunded in full.
After 48 Hours: Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 30% restocking fee, as your order will likely already be in production or processing.
